Analyser Shelters, analyser houses, analyser cabinets
ODS offers turn key projects including complete analyser shelters. These shelters can be of different types such as: concrete, reinforced glass fibre, GRP sandwich with SS-cover etc. and are suitable for outdoor use in an industrial environment.
The main components of the shelter that we offer are:
- Floor/base construction:
Concrete floor, stelcon plate, steel construction, stairs, etc.
- Walk in shelter;
protection class of at least IP65, construction f.e. with sandwich panels with insulation, overhang or sunroof, support posts, integral mounting rail, heavy duty floor, enclosure equipped with earthing facilities suitable to connect with the plant earth;
- Identification;
Tag number, manufacturer name, model/type number, serials numbers, pressure/temperature ratings, meter range, size, material etc.
- Door;
Options: reinforced glass window, panic bar, etc.
- Safety installation:
Signs: exit; LEL-detection and flash alarm; reset button, etc. ;
- Air conditioning,
ventilation, heating, cooling / airco, fan, temperature controller, temperature alarms,
- Lighting;
tube light; bright enough to ensure safe working conditions;
- Sample inlet and Sample conditioning;
piping, connections, valves, regulators, flow/pressure./temperature instruments and gauges
- Pump control;
sample pump on/off, indications, controls and alarms.
- Junction box;
with electrical signal interfacing; contact outputs are potential free and fail safe, analogue signals are isolated and loop powered;
- Power distribution & electrical requirements;
CE/EMC, adequate protected against power glitches, use of cable glands, screw type terminals, cable identification via labels,
- Drain header;
slope down; connection to all fluid exhausts.
- Calibration facility;
for calibration standard solutions and optional calibration gas.
- Grab sample point;
to take a sample from the fast sample loop;
- Carrier gas facility;
Zero air generator or gas bottle station.
