Documentation package:
Each project is delivered with the requested project documentation. This can be a very basic package with the minimum requirements for the documents to be submitted or can be an extended documentation package. The content can be:
- Cover sheet & spine; identification per section and per attachments;
- General: Scope of supply;
- Description of equipment; Process / utility engineering flow schematics, safety requirements, catalogue information, descriptive literature;
- Installation: Equipment installation, alignment and replacement instructions, commissioning procedures and check lists, transport / access and lifting instructions;
- Operation: Operation instructions / functional descriptions, operation and control procedures, list of alarms / trip settings, name / tag plate drawings;
- Maintenance: Preventative maintenance schedules / details, routine maintenance, utility consumption list, routine test procedures, trouble shooting procedures including diagnostic charts;
- Data sheets: Completed data sheets, instrument list;
- Drawings: drawing index, final / as built drawings;
- Parts data: Equipment component details; for re-ordering spares and parts;
- Special tools: technical description. User instructions.
- Factory Acceptance Test document. The FAT-document describes the procedure how the system/delivery will be checked and tested at vendor’s location;
- Site Acceptance Test document. The SAT-document describes the procedure how the system will be checked after commission & start up at customers location;
- Other relevant documentation.
Documents can be delivered as hard copies and/or as electronic documents (pdf, dwg/dxf, doc, xls, jpg, etc.)
