Operating and Maintenance training’s
This training covers the broad spectrum of the implementation of the analyser system. We will inform you into detail about the functionality of operation of the analysers, zero air supplies, utilities, sample conditioning panel and signal processing equipment. The course aims to explain the monetary significance of actions taken by personnel at all stages of the analytical process from operation to calibration and data reporting. The course exists of the following main topics:
- Basic principles of analytical techniques
- Operating procedure: start-up, limitations, shut down, line fill,
- Theory of the functionality of all analysers and utilities;
- Processing of the data from these instruments;
- Calibration intervals;
- Fault finding and maintenance: predictable / non predictable fault conditions, classification of actions;
- Documentation;
- Spare parts identification.
Emphasis between the "basic" or the "complex" aspects can be varied to suit the experience of the delegates attending.
Hands on training
ODS offers “hands on training” where attendees learn to configure and operate the analyser-system; such as:
- How to operate the analyser;
- Identify and point out the main parts;
- How to use the control settings;
- Changing parts such as pump tubes, scrubbers, catalyst, fluids, gasses;
- How to maintain utilities such as zero air supply etc’;
- Check the analyser with a standard;
- Calibrate the analysers.
